超凈工作臺的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是操作方便自如，比較舒適，工作效率高，預(yù)備時(shí)間短，開機(jī)30分鐘以上即可操作，基本上可隨時(shí)使用。在工廠化生產(chǎn)中，接種工作量很大，需要經(jīng)常長久地工作時(shí)，超凈臺是很理想的設(shè)備。超凈工作臺由三相電機(jī)作鼓風(fēng)動力，功率145～260W左右，將空氣通過由特制的微孔泡沫塑料片層疊合組成的“超級濾清器”后吹送出來，形成連續(xù)不斷的無塵無菌的超凈空氣層流，即所謂“高效的特殊空氣”，它除去了大于0.3μm的塵埃、真菌和細(xì)菌孢子等等。超凈空氣的流速為24～30m/min，這已足夠防止附近空氣可能襲擾而引起的污染，這樣的流速也不會妨礙采用酒精燈或本生燈對器械等的灼燒消毒。工作人員就在這樣的無菌條件下操作，保持無菌材料在轉(zhuǎn)移接種過程中不受污染。但是萬一操作中途遇到停電，暴露在未過濾空氣中的材料便難以幸免污染。這時(shí)應(yīng)迅速結(jié)束工作，并在瓶上作出記號，內(nèi)中的材料如處于增殖階段，則以后不再用作增殖而轉(zhuǎn)入生根培養(yǎng)。如為一般性生產(chǎn)材料，因極其豐富也可棄去。如處于生根過程，則可留待以后種植用。  

超凈臺電源多采用三相四線制，其中有一零線，連通機(jī)器外殼，應(yīng)接牢在地線上，另外三線都是相線，工作電壓是380V。三線接入電路中有一定的順序，如線頭接錯了，風(fēng)機(jī)會反轉(zhuǎn)，這時(shí)聲音正常或稍不正常，超凈臺正面無風(fēng)(可用酒精燈火焰觀察動靜，不宜久試)，應(yīng)及時(shí)切斷電源，只要將其中任何兩相的線頭交換一下位置再接上，就可解決。三相線如只接入兩相，或三相中有一相接觸不良，則機(jī)器聲音很不正常，應(yīng)立即切斷電源仔細(xì)檢修，否則會燒毀電機(jī)。這些常識應(yīng)在開始使用超凈臺時(shí)就向工作人員講解清楚，免除不應(yīng)造成的事故與損失。 

超凈工作臺進(jìn)風(fēng)口在背面或正面的下方，金屬網(wǎng)罩內(nèi)有一普通泡沫塑料片或無紡布，用以阻攔大顆粒塵埃，應(yīng)常檢查、拆洗，如發(fā)現(xiàn)泡沫塑料老化，要及時(shí)更換。除進(jìn)風(fēng)口以外，如有漏氣孔隙，應(yīng)當(dāng)堵嚴(yán)，如貼膠布，塞棉花，貼膠水紙等。工作臺正面的金屬網(wǎng)罩內(nèi)是超級濾清器，超級濾清器也可更換，如因使用年久，塵粒堵塞，風(fēng)速減小，不能保證無菌操作時(shí)，則可換上新的。 

超凈臺使用壽命的長短與空氣的潔凈程度有關(guān)。在溫帶地區(qū)超凈臺可在一般實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用，然而在熱帶或亞熱帶地區(qū)，由于大氣中含有高量的花粉，或多粉塵的地區(qū)，超凈臺則宜放在較好的有雙道門的室內(nèi)使用。任何情況下不應(yīng)將超凈臺的進(jìn)風(fēng)罩對著開敞的門或窗，以免影響濾清器的使用壽命。 

無菌室應(yīng)定期用70%酒精或0.5%苯酚噴霧降塵和消毒，用2%新潔爾滅抹拭臺面和用具(70%酒精也可)，用福爾馬林(40%甲醛)加少量高錳酸鉀定期密閉熏蒸，配合紫外線滅菌燈(每次開啟15分鐘以上)等等消毒滅菌手段，以使無菌室經(jīng)常保持高度的無菌狀態(tài)。接種箱內(nèi)部也應(yīng)裝有紫外線燈，使用前開燈15分鐘以上照射滅菌，但凡是照射不到之處仍是有菌的。在紫外線燈開啟時(shí)間較長時(shí)，可激發(fā)空氣中的氧分子締合成臭氧分子，這種氣體成分有很強(qiáng)的殺菌作用，可以對紫外線沒有直接照到的角落產(chǎn)生滅菌效果。由于臭氧有礙健康，在進(jìn)入操作之前應(yīng)先關(guān)掉紫外線燈，關(guān)后十多分鐘即可入內(nèi) 。 

在超凈工作臺上亦可吊裝紫外線燈，但應(yīng)裝在照明燈罩之外，并錯開照明燈平行排列，這樣在工作時(shí)不妨礙照明。若將紫外線燈裝入照明燈罩(玻璃板)里面，這是毫無用處的，因?yàn)樽贤饩€不能穿透玻璃，它的燈管是石英玻璃，而不是硅酸鹽玻璃制成的。

4.1.1使用工作臺時(shí)，應(yīng)提前30分鐘開機(jī)，同時(shí)開啟紫外殺菌燈，處理操作區(qū)內(nèi)表面積累的微生物，30分鐘后關(guān)閉殺菌燈（此時(shí)日光燈即開啟），啟動風(fēng)機(jī)。 4.1.2對新安裝的或長期未使用的工作臺，使用前必需對工作臺和周圍環(huán)鏡先用超靜真空吸塵器或用不產(chǎn)生纖維的工具進(jìn)行清潔工作，再采用藥物滅菌法或紫外線滅菌法進(jìn)行滅菌處理。

4.2.5 更換高效過濾器后，應(yīng)用Y09-4型塵埃粒子計(jì)數(shù)器四周邊框密封是否良好，調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)電壓，使操作區(qū)平均風(fēng)速保持在0.32-0.48m/s范圍內(nèi)，再用Y09-4型塵埃粒子計(jì)數(shù)器檢查潔凈度 

使用管理 

1 目的： 維持屏障系統(tǒng)的生物潔凈度，保護(hù)工作人員的安全，保障機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，盡量減少可影響科研成果的各種可變因素。 

2 原則： 屏障系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的超凈工作臺只能用于建立動物模型的手術(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠的日常操作。 3 使用管理： 

(1)每次使用超凈工作臺時(shí)，實(shí)驗(yàn)人員應(yīng)先開啟超凈工作臺上的紫外燈，紫外照射30分鐘后使用。 

(2)開啟超凈工作臺工作電源，關(guān)閉紫外燈，并用75%的酒精或0.5%過氧乙酸噴灑擦拭消毒工作臺面。 

(3)整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程過程中，實(shí)驗(yàn)人員應(yīng)按照無菌操作規(guī)程操作。 

(4)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，用消毒液擦拭工作臺面，關(guān)閉工作電源，重新開啟紫外燈照射15分鐘。 (5)如遇機(jī)組發(fā)生故障，應(yīng)立即通知實(shí)驗(yàn)動物室，由專業(yè)人員檢修合格后繼續(xù)使用。 (6)實(shí)驗(yàn)人員應(yīng)注意保持室內(nèi)整潔。 #p#分頁標(biāo)題#e#

(7)超凈工作臺的濾材每2年更換一次，并作好更換記錄。     日常維護(hù) 

  超凈工作臺是一臺較精密的電氣設(shè)備，對其進(jìn)行經(jīng)常性的保養(yǎng)和維護(hù)是非常重要的。shou先要保持室內(nèi)的干燥和清潔，潮濕的空氣既會使制造材料銹蝕，還會影響電氣電路的正常工作，潮濕空氣還利于細(xì)菌、霉菌的生長。清潔的環(huán)境還可延長濾板的使用壽命。

  （3）檢查噴霧器噴灑效果及超凈臺內(nèi)外擦抹用的藥液是否已配置好。   （4）打開房間內(nèi)排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。排除打開籠盒時(shí)逸出的有味氣體。 

  （5）檢查IVC機(jī)組各種表頭指針及目視各籠盒內(nèi)的動物情況，估測IVC運(yùn)行情況。   （6）記錄影響實(shí)驗(yàn)動物繁殖、生長、發(fā)育的主要環(huán)境參數(shù)，如溫度、相對濕度、日溫差、籠盒內(nèi)外壓差等。 

2．超凈工作臺操作使用程序及規(guī)范 

  （1）人員帶好一次性口罩、帽子及醫(yī)用乳膠手套。。 

  （2）用雙手輕輕抬起IVC籠盒外端，沿籠架擱擋向外移出籠盒，放在超凈工作臺旁的不銹鋼小推車上。 

  （3）用藥液噴霧器充分噴灑雙手手套外表及IVC籠盒的外面，消毒滅菌并沾粘住表面的塵埃，防止進(jìn)入超凈臺時(shí)被層流氣體吹揚(yáng)。也可用帶手套的雙手浸入藥液容器中，撈起并擰干藥液毛巾，擦干手套外液滴，同時(shí)擦一下籠盒的外表。   （4）打開超凈工作臺移門，把籠盒移入超凈工作臺。 

  （5）適當(dāng)拉下超凈工作臺移門。打開IVC籠盒蓋底之間的緊固扣并打開籠蓋。側(cè)臥放在一邊。
